Heartfelt Stories
Hărmălaia din Hambar
About how quiet is born after noise.
The barn was a peaceful place until one day. The cows mooed, the hens clucked, the sheep bleated, and the horse, the horse stamped loudly so no one would forget him. Everyone was trying to say something — and no one could hear a thing.
Hărmălaia is the story of a day when the animals learned, slowly, to listen to one another. About how a single cat, small and patient, showed them that if they go quiet, one by one, each of them can be heard. And that silence doesn't mean keeping quiet — it means making room for the other.
A book with great relevance for the days when a child learns, at home or at kindergarten, not to talk all at once. No moral — just a smile.
When we all talk, no one says anything.
